It looks like the sun is starting to wake up. Solar flares for the last few days and a current AP index of 006 at time of writing.

Given current knowledge suricat, I don't think that there is anyway of knowing definitively until after the event......sorry
Lol Given current events on data handling I'm wondering also if we can be sure after the event
