After watching Arsenal today, I am now officially not worried about the future of England's midfield after Lampard, Barry and Gerrard's time. Jack Wilshere is probably already good enough for a place in the England squad.
Thoroughly enjoyed that match today. Best friendly I've seen in a while. Arsenal were a joy to watch at times. Rangers played well in the second half but overall Arsenal are on a totally different level to Rangers.

Hi Crunchy Evening all Just got back from the Emirates, enjoyed today much more than yesterday. Both matches were good. Arsenal played really well and the atmosphere was good too. Jack Wilshere was MOM, he is such a great talent. Shame the England under 19's lost today to Ukraine in the final, still that's our under 21s and under 19s making both finals so it's good for the future

I honestly didn't think you had seen it, you don't subscribe to Arsenal TV do you?. Eboue was interesting today. Before the PSG/A.Madrid match he was out for about 15 minutes chatting to the fans, having pictures taken and signing stuff. And at the end of the match he was parading around with the trophy - it felt like a definite goodbye. But in his interview afterwards he sounds like he is still very much part of the team - and AW said the other day that the injury to Nasri may change the situation

Always best to get in the swing of things quickly. The team will be more close now Toure and Adebayor has gone and after so much disappointment and frustration will make them be up for it.
