I don't think I am enthusiastic about hyphens. It seems a bit pretentious but I suppose if he was called Dave Smith or John Thomas he would not have got a TV programme.

Really? Oh dear maybe he should have just not bothered then? *hmmm shall I be a chef and food journalist, or should I lick the road clean with my tongue because I have a double barrelled name*?

Thinking about it I think that is one of the most pathetic posts I have ever read on a forum. You obviously know nothing about the man.

LOL! You come out with a statement like that above and expect anyone to take you seriously? Besides what is ill-mannered about my post? I am expressing an opinion based on the drivel you wrote. it was one of the most pathetic posts I have ever read.

I commend Hugh for eating raw shellfish such as mussels and clams my god I just could'nt do it!! Loved his chicken out week, and did try organic, but very expensive chicken, only a marginal taste difference to tesco three for a tenner chucks! :-(

Huge Furry-Whippingstool is lovely I like watching his shows, but I don't really want to try most things he makes as they look kind of icky, but he seems pleasant and watchable.

I agree completely! I love the Hugh and would happily bear his children, but as long as I didn't have to eat all the tripe, pigs arse and pidgeon burgers he makes
