Real, Chris has described it really well here the third post from the bottom. Blizzie also put in a good explanation. Either or both would be better than anything I can come up with. It's basically a claim on something.

We should be able to spray paint on this  It's like a zit- shouldn't be there, but makes the rest of the face seem small.  Get shot of the zit in the upgrades Dave.  Just put it on the main page.
